Second compability patch with support for Firefox Nightly 2013-10-27

Synthesis

• Added a small 50ms delay after releasing a key before the release parameter automation i started. This removes an annoying sound artifact in Firefox where the gain reset to 1.0 before falling off to 0.
• Removed some calls to deprecated functions of the old API.
• Added a layer of indirection on some API calls, so that JU103 can support both Firefox (new API) and IOS6 (deprecated API). And everything in between.

Multiplayer

• Updated a dns entry for the pianoserver so that multiplayer works again.
