Compability patch with support for Firefox Nightly 2013-07-30

Synthesis

• JU103 now works in Firefox! At least in the nightly build with the right flags enabled.
• Upgrade code to the latest API standard, with fallback for older implementations (safari, IOS)
• Ungraceful degradation to precomputed sine tables when oscillator support is missing (FF). These fake oscillators do not respond to lfo:s, so it only works for the simplest sounds.

UI

• Minor tweaks to remove some webkit-specific css

JU103 now also works on Opera. But that is not as surprising, since opera is just chrome with a different icon now.
