Early Web MIDI "support" when http://jazz-soft.net/download/Jazz-Plugin/ is installed.
Velocity parameter for every key press. Hard coded to 60 (out of 127) for input devices that are not velocity aware (everything except midi keyboards).

Apparently, the lfo:s included in 0.89 does not work on IOS6. And they seem impossible to fix in the current version. The sound presets will be kept in JU-103. Hopefully they will start working in the next IOS release.
Very basic velocity support. The first implementation scales the amplitude of everything with the velocity. In the future, the plan is to expose the volocity parameter to the sound settings in some way, and let the sound decide what to do.
